  • Lowering volume issue

    I have an issue when lowering volume on the keyboard wheel. The light column that is going to disapear (because of lowering the level) flashes altought I move the wheel constantly; it flashes like if I raise and lower the level until it reach a point and stops (like a hysteris not working). Then, if I continue moving the wheel down, it happens again with next light column.
    It doesnt happen when raising it.

    2) Did this issue occur on a new software installation or software update?
    Happens in this version and the older one.

    3) What is the model number of your keyboard and layout? (e.g. KM780 RGB, NA English; etc.)
    KM780 Spanish

    4) Which Windows OS version are you using? (e.g. Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit; Windows 10 Pro 64-bit; etc.)
    Windows 7

    5) Which USB port did you plug the keyboard into? (e.g. USB3.0 in motherboard back panel, USB2.0 hub, etc.)

    7) Any antivirus/anti-malware software programs you have installed
    Nothing

      I have the same issue.

      Windows 10

      FW 41
      SW 0.78

      You guys seem to have newer version than me on the SW and FW, but update shows nothing new, and I just got this keyboard on Saturday and got the latest software from G.Skill.
