What type of CPU/MB and which of these two kits

    F3-12800CL9D-4GBXL (2x2GB F3-12800CL9-2GBXL)
    or
    F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL (2x4GB F3-12800CL9-4GBXL)

    are we talking about here?

As far as timings for DDR3-1600 go, CL7 is a nice improvement over the stock settings, however on modern platforms a higher memory clock usually brings bigger gains than that.

The timings already look pretty good and on H61 there is not much else to do, since you can not raise the memory ratio. One more thing you could try is to raise tREFI and lower some of the tertiary timings.

I have increased tREFI and lower tertiary timings...
Overall windows performance increased and lower boot time.
