I’m wondering about the voltage settings I have to put in the bios, for these memory modules.
I bought this memory about a year and a half ago.
Now and then I got BSOD screen about the memory management: 0x0000001a

    My specs are:
    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5 / rev. 1.0 / bios F13e
    Cpu: intel i7-3930k
    Memory: F3-12800CL10Q-32GBZL (4x 8GB)
    GraCa: ASUS GTX670-DC2-2GD5
    HDD: OCZ-vertex3-240GB
    Power: Corsair AX860

    (I don’t overclock my cpu)

I’ve enabled xmp in the bios and the memory runs at 10-10-10-30 2T
When I do a full memory test with memtest86, I got only 1 error, but not every time when I run the test, so I think the error is false positive.
Do I need to increase any voltage when using 4 sticks of this memory ?

If the BSOD is pretty rare, bump it to 1.55v, and possibly bump vcore up a notch or two, 32gb of any ram taxes everything.

      Hi Supahos,

      Thx for your reply
I increased the voltage on my 4 modules by 0.05v. I guess this is for each module and not for each channel (AB and CD) ?
I will see if it helps, else I will increase the vcore. A notch or two... What you mean with a notch ? + 0.2, + 0.02 or + 0.002 ?
      Thanks in advance

on most motherboards you can just hit the + sign next to number pad and it will slightly increase the voltage. but was thinking along the lines of .02~.05

If that doesn't help, might raise the VTT voltage just a tad about + 0.08
