i got 8gb of ram and for some reason i can only run it at 1600 when its rated at 1866

i did some test and with 4 sticks it runs at 1600 but when i only use 2 sticks it runs at 1866 am i doing somthing wrong

i was able to get my ram to run at 9-10-9-29 T2 but it wont let me change it to ddr3-1866 in bios or the screens go blank and not even go to the bios logo screen so it stuck at ddr3-1600 with the same numbers as the 1866 numbers besided its not 933mhz its still at 800mhz and it seems to boot up slower then at stock settings running at 1600

i been doing reseach and i got my ram to ready ddr3-1864 932mhz

and i got a nice overclock with it to and its on air cooled to
