Default RMA of DDR3 from Australia

Hi,

Looks like a have a dead stick of ram.

F3-10666CL9T-6GBNQ DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9-24 1.5~1.6v PC3-10666 2GBx3

Bought a kit of 3 sticks of 2gb =6bg, and this one stick is dead. I have tried swapping them all around and can confirm that this stick is not working.

1. These were bought from umart.com.au and they tell me that my warranty has passed. SO I guess I will have to send them to Taiwan?
2. Do I have to send in the one dead stick or all three sticks?

1. Yes, http://www.gskill.com/rma.php

2. You can send in only the dead one, but we suggest all three since they are a matched kit. Our replacement may not match with your other two sticks. So you would be taking a chance.

Thank you
