Just for Stability sake (can always adjust down later) try running them at 9-9-9-27, 1.6 dram voltage, 1.25v CPU/NB and see if its stable, if so we can start walking them down some.

I made a mistake by saying the newly purchased motherboard contained my memory (F3-12800CL9Q-16GBRL) on its qualified vendor's list. It does however contain two other 16gb kits from G-SKILL [F3-12800CL9Q-16GBXL(XMP) and F3-12800CL9Q-16GBZL(XMP)] on its list.

Supahos: I adjusted my settings as you suggested one last time (using one stick of ram per DIMM channel), with apparent instability shortly thereafter. Again, this was the older Asus motherboard which I recently RMA'd to no avail. I never really got my system stable.

I then swapped the older ASUS mobo out for the new one, performed a fresh installation of Windows 7 64-bit on my HDD, and did it all without any stability problems running one stick of RAM in DIMM slot 1. This was all done doing 9-9-9-27, 1.6 dram voltage, 1.25v CPU/NB as Supahos suggested.

After a few hours running PRIME 95 without issue, I installed the entire 16GB kit of ram, changed my settings to 1600MHz, 2400 MHz CPU/NB Frequency, 2400 MHz HT Link Speed, 9-9-9-24 2T, 1.20 CPU/NB, 1.6 DRAM voltage, and so far haven't had any problems at all. It's worth noting that my motherboard automatically sets my 2400 MHz HT link speed settings to 2000 MHz for whatever reason.

I ran FURMARK for an hour without any problems. I will lower the DRAM voltage down to 1.5v and see if I have any issues as I continue to test my PC

Looks like the issue was motherboard/RAM incompatibility and the issue is solved (knock on wood).

Thanks to everyone for giving their time and efforts to my lengthy post. If I don't make any more posts on this thread, then my problems are truly solved. Thanks!

Glad to hear you might have figured out the issue, hopefully That board just didn't like that memory and you'll never have another issue again. If you do, we'll be here for you.
