Update BIOS and one stick of RGB stopped working

Hello,

I have a MSI Z270 M7 Mobo and I just recently updated it to the most recent bios (I have tried going back to an older bios with no luck) . When I did this one of my sticks no longer had RGB, I have swapped them around and same stick has the same problem. The stick it self works and I have no issues with the RAM itself, but not having the RGB on one stick is no fun. I have tried a lot of suggestions on this forum but come to the same problem and this is still no RGB, it did however fix my other stick from having only half the lights working.

Have you tried the other two slots to see if it can work better?

Yes I have and no go, I seen the red text about that.

not really sure if im allowed to post 3rd part software, so sorry if this is wrong, but this worked for me when 1 of my sticks went dark.

Wish I could say it worked but when I install it I can't even get it to pop up with anything. Just acts like its loading and doesn't even show.
