No RMA?
I have emailed a completed RMA form at least 6 times over the past 3 weeks and have yet to receive a reply. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong??

Should take 1-2 days at most.. Make sure you send us the completed .rtf format RMA Request Form. No need to change it to any other format.. Thank you GSKILL TECH

Thanks for your quick reply.
I have sent the (completed) rtf file to that address every time but never get a response. I have checked my inbox (and junkmail folder even though I get forum e-mails from gskill.com just fine) but there is never anything from gskill. Anyway.. I have just sent it again, right before I posted this.. hopefully I will hear back. Thanks
