    G.Skill is Awsome

Fixed my memory timming problems. CPU and Motherboards problem. Not G.Skill's. Helped anyway.

    Lets see:
    Memory that works
    Prices that are below competators
Cust Service that is prompt and helpful

Only suggestion to make this better is that you give you memory away.

Used G.Skill many times before and went to Mushkin once. Never again!

          G. Skill honored the RMA of my memory modules bought from US without invoice. Sent them the modules and got the replacement back in less that the TAT they've promised. Kudos G.Skill for the great customer service. Great product and service is unbeatable, from now on, G. Skill will be the only memory that I'll be using!

It would help if the support guys actually acknowledged that they at least READ about the issue...

Yeah, it has "only" been 2 days, but, kinda hard to determine what to do next.

yeah, their support system kind of sucks. i sent an RMA and they never responded at all. I had to call them to get a RMA done. they blame it on "email" problems but the strange thing is, they been having this problem since 2008. I believe they are just using the "email" problem as a mask of their problems. I mean, when i called them they "magically" found the email. That means, either they don't really check them at all or they just whenever they feel like doing it.

i'll see how long it takes them to send me my RMA back.

We do not use excuses. This issue has not been going on since 2008, but it does happen from time to time. Servers can crash at any time, but we try our best to stabilize it to avoid these types of delays. Once it does, we can not respond to emails, thus the emails are backed up. We did not magically find your email, we simply haven't gotten to it because we process them according to date. We do not delete emails, nor ignore emails, which is why when you contacted us we are able to process your RMA immediately.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are doing are best to get to every single customer as soon as we can. With regards to your RMA , there is no delay there so you should receive it within 4-7 business days after we receive your return package.

                  Thank you

Where are you trying to contact us? You should not have to wait a week for a response. All support emails have been responded within 72 hours, and telephone support is instant. The forum is not our official support method, so it may take longer than normal support.

                            Thank you

                                Mixed Feelings about G.Skill

I tried to contact them for RMA service. No answer.
I noticed they replied on Newegg's product rating site saying.. just contact us for rma
I contacted them, waited, contacted, waited, ect.
Eventually I found my way to the forum.

                                Finally contact!

Then after a few more back and forths I finally got an RMA. We are approaching a month now I have been running a hobbled PC with only one good stick of DDR3 in it.

I will ship my memory tomorrow, and let you all know how it pans out. Hopefully it dosent take another month of my life.

I though G.Skill was good stuff? I haven't had to RMA a stick in a VERY long time, after many many builds. For a while I was building several PC's a month. I've used all kinds of hardware. The only ram I've had trouble with was generic grade stuff.

I dunno. I can't say I will recommend G.Skill after all this BS. I cannot believe all my email messages somehow never made it. No one has EVER had trouble getting emails from my server. I wonder if G.SKill is really screwed up company internally. This G.Skill tech guy however seems to be working hard to please people here I will give him credit for that.
