Rma laptop ram modules :-rma number:-er212421

Hi,
i would like to inform g skill community that their rma service is awful,

my rma number:-er212421

i sent my ram modules for rma in taiwan.they sent the replacement via fedex on my request.

They did not attached proper documents and now custom is charging me inr 671 as import duty.

And they are making me pay for their mistakes.


I spent 565 for shipping and now may be i have to pay 671 for custom duty.

So total=565+671= 1236 inr which is more that the cost of new ram module.

Please people beware before purchasing gskill memory.this is the last time i ever purchased any product from gskill.
