Hi!
I would like to perform a RMA from France. Searching in "RAM Service / Europe" forum with the "invoice" keyword, i've read that invoice number is not mandatory for RMA requests.
I've bought 2 packs of Dual Channel GSkill memory in
january 2010 in a "physical" shop (not online), that is, unfortunately for me ,not referenced on GSkill website France resellers' list:
can you confirm me that i don't have to put my invoice number to perform my RMA request? (I've got one, but I think that it has no value for you). Note: there is only one pack that i would like to make a RMA on.
Thanks a lot

!
PS: please excuse my english
If ever it can be useful to you, there is my hardware list:
- motherboard ASUS P7P55D-E PRO
- processor INTEL Core i7 860 (2.8Ghz)
- 2 packs of "F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL / DDR3-1333 / PC3-10666 / 2048MB x 2 / CL9-9-9-24 1.5v" Dual Channel GSkill memory
- Antec EarthWatt power supply 500W
- Windows Seven x64
- BIOS up to date (10.02 version, released 2010/06/07)
I've started to have BSOD talking about memory faults, so i've checked all my hardware. Finally, performing memtests with LiveCD "SystemRescueCD", i've discovered that the cause of my BSOD were two sticks of RAM (from the same pack

). So I would like to change this pack.
