Believe your mobo has DOCP (or EOCP) my try enabling that and selecting 1600, else set manually as you have them and raise DRAM voltage to 1.55 and take CPU/NB up + 0.06

That would be nice, it's odd that AMD has been kicking out PCI-E 3 GPUs for a while (back to the 77xx series anyway) yet the mobos don't support it
