I'm using 8GB's of Ripjaws DDR3-2000 (F3-16000CL9D-4GBRH). I have them paired with a Maximus III Formula and i7-860.
If I use the XMP profile and leave all settings as the motherboard sets them, I get tons of errors. I tried doing things manually. I've tried running these sticks at DDR3-1600, DDR3-1800, and DDR3-2000. Errors no matter what. I've tried timings of 9-9-9-24 (1n, 2n, 3n). I tried 9-9-9-27 (1n, 2n, 3n). I've tried every voltage starting with 1.51, all the way up to 1.65. I've tried various combinations with the sticks. I pulled two sticks and still got errors. I swapped to the sticks I pulled out, still getting errors. I tried mixing the sticks...errors still. The only thing I haven't tried is 1 stick at a time...and frankly, I'm sick of trying things. As a first time Gskill user, I'm pretty disappointed...
Maybe I'm missing something? If not, just wondering how I go about getting the RMA process under way?
Thanks,
