Using F4-3000C15Q-32GTZR Won't Boot with XMP Running With 5820K.

Are you also overclocking the 5820K? And which BIOS version are you running?

It'd be best to update the BIOS to the latest version, then reset the BIOS to optimal defaults, so that we can make sure that CPU overclock isn't the cause of the XMP not working. Once XMP works, you can then set a CPU overclock, but it'll be likely a bit lower than your previous setting, which means that the CPU can't handle high speed memory (the IMC part on the CPU) and your previous level of CPU overclock (the processing cores of the CPU) at the same time.
