I used this setup for a couple months no issue. Recently started crashing so i did some searching and found xmp not active. Used setup 1, still crashes. Can someone help with better settings? Maybe lower from 2400?

Test one stick at a time to see if one performs differently.

Ive tried one at a time same crashing. Ran memtest for several hours no errors. Ran with 1 stick at a time and both. Only crashes when newer game running. When under minimal load seems to be ok. After crash, im forced into bios with message that overclocking did not work. Even when using xmp or not. I found another thread with same memory who was looking to downclock, used those timings, so far it is more stable, though still some crashing.
      Thanks for help.

Did you try a lower frequency like DDR3-2133 to see if it works better?

I did. Im hoping for timings to go along with it to be most stable. Setting to xmp then lowering freq only still has stability issues. Hoping changing timing will correct.

Try manual settings. Otherwise, it sounds like something is wrong with the RAM. Do you have the latest BIOS?

A quad channel kit is better for this motherboard.
