Hello, I'm using the 8gb(2x4) 2400 tridents with an Asus H81M-e board. The processor is the Pentium anniversary G3258.

The board hard locks memory frequency at 1333Mhz and does not alter secondary timings automatically.

    Currently I'm running 9-9-9 24 1T @1.5v and it's running smoothly.

However I feel I should be able to go to Cl 8 and possibly Cl 7.

Can you possibly help with timings I could try with those latencies, primary and secondary. And also what voltage you would suggest at those timings.

    Many thanks in advance

    You say DDR3-1333 hard locks, then 9-9-9-24 1.50V @ DDR3-1333? works fine?

    Try 8-8-8-24 or 7-8-8-24.

Sorry. To clarify, what I meant was that the board will not allow me to run the memory at frequencies above 1333. It's running fine at 9-9-9 24 1T 1.5v but I'm looking for the secondary timings needed for running 8-8-8 or 7-7-7 as the board does not apply these automatically and they remain the same as the 9-9-9 secondary timings.

I confirmed this with AIDA 64 and in the bios itself.

24hrs without a response? Really, that's not what I would expect from Gskill. It's a simple request for timings help. The poor guy in the thread above has had no response. Hoping to get an update soon, thank you.

List what advanced timings you have available, or post a picture of BIOS.

These settings typically do not change much if frequency is the same.
