    Does not post when I set sticks to 2133MHz.

    I am using these sticks:

    See page 38. of above manual, when I set it to 2133MHz using System Memory Multiplier.
    Box does not post.

    Instead of just raising memory multi, try using Gigabyte E.O.C.P. It not only sets the memory speed, but also timings, subtimings and voltage(s) according to the RipjawsX embedded XMP. If that does not help, you can also try to set those values manually (write them down from aida64 -> motherboard -> spd).

      No much setting I am afraid.
      BTW, I don't think that application you recommend is available on the OS I use - Linux.

        Gigabyte E.O.C.P. is a setting in the UEFI. Please consult your user manual
