Asrock Z77 Extreme 6 + F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL Single Channel Problem

Hi everyone

I recently bought a Gskill Ripjaws X 2x4GB kit for my new rig and need some help.

Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme6
CPU: Intel i5 3570K
Ram: F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL DDR3-1866 PC3-14900

Out of the box and installed in the correct slots according to the manual (A1 , B1), the bios detects it as running in single channel mode . All the memory settings are on auto

Is there anything i can do to make them run in dual channel mode?

So they are in slots 1-3 (from CPU)? Should be dual - could try slots 2-4.....also ensure you have the latest BIOS

Updated to latest bios and switched around the slots. They are working now thank you
