SSD [ Phoenix III ] firmware update

Hi all , i have ssd [ Phoenix III ] FM-25S3-120GBP3 and the ssdupdate says that i have firmware version GS502 and the newest update on the web site is 4.2 what's more new? should i need to update ? and is there gonna be a new update for my phonix 3 ?

the 4.2 firmware is for SATA II, the newest firmware for SATA III should be release soon, before end of December, please note!
