  • Can't get a response on RMA

    My 2nd G.Skill Falcon 256GB SSD has died on me and I'm trying to get it RMA'ed. However, I cannot get a response from G.Skill. I have contacted them multiple times through email. I tried the listed phone number, but it doesn't work. I've tried contacting forum administrators, but no one responds. Am I really out the massive amount of money I spent on this drive?

    Did not get a message from you. What is your email address? We have been having email server issues recently so it has slowed down responses. If you give me your email address I can process it.
