  • How i can get contact to support?

Hey people, im a bit unlucky today. I already was using a pair of DDR3 Trident X 2400 in my computer since 2015, so last week i decided to purchase another pair of same memory from same place which arrived yesterday. I installed it yesterday without issues. Today while i was using computer i watched my case Phantom 410 which has window at memory/CPU level and i see one of the new sticks dropped off over my GPU board. I get mad and turned computer off, when i opened i see only one side of heatspreader dropped the side which sustain red top off while memory was yet connected to mainboard.

i take the heatspreader without think and touched it again in memory stick to check what was wrong, i just thought there was no glue anymore, but the heatspreader touched the memory stick a bit off the exactly position and i guess the parts of heatspreader which touched the memory has some glue yet because it dont get off anymore. Now the heatspreader is connected out of right position and cant connect it to motherboard anymore and i dont know what to do exactly.

Should i remove the screws to dissasembly the heatspreader? Is my warranty avoided with that? I dont know why the heatspreader just dropped off the memory, make no sense at all and it was running perfectly yet when the heatspreader dropped off the memory.

That is odd, send it in for RMA and we can send you a new kit.
Are you an overclocker? Have screen shots of your OC results? Please post and share your OC experience!

I will try see if retailer accept exchange or fix it for me first, if not i will try RMA.

Some screenshot how heatspreader get after i re-attached it.

I pay no attention to position when i attached it back then it gets blocking the motherboard clip position.
