          The Taiwan office of G.Skill claims that they sent a replacement using the Taiwan post office but I have not received it. It's been over a month since I sent the memory modules into your office in the Netherlands. The Taiwan office are making me wait while they put a claim in with the post office.

          How is it fair that I should wait for such a long time - if you guys used a decent courier like UPS, this surely wouldn't have happened. I don't mind waiting a week or two, but I've been without the RAM for over a month!

          I don't suppose there is anything you can do?

            Did you check with the post man or neighbors to see if they know? The tracking shows delivered which is why we have to wait to see if the item will turn up.

            Sorry for any inconvenience, hopefully it can be resolved soon.
