  • Name in shipping address

    Hello,

Is it possible to use a shipping address name which is different from who is filling the RMA document (who also made the purchase)?

For example, can I fill Mr.X in Name and Mr.Y followed by the address in "Return Address"?
Or should I just use the name of Mr.Y?

    Thank you and regards

Another question: do you give a notification when you ship back the item? Is the return shipping trackable?

    Thanks

Yes, no problem at all, input the name and address of where the RAM should be sent to and who we should contact if we have any questions.

Yes, we will email you a tracking number of the return package.

      Thank you

        RMA no longer necessary

        Thank you.

I've fixed the problem by putting the RAM sticks into the freezer for a while, blowing into the heatsinks and cleaning their pins with alcohol. Home-made solution

        Now they're perfect:
