    For all RMA requests, please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form online:

    If submitted properly, you should receive an immediate confirmation email stating your request was received. Once the request has been approved, you will receive a new email with RMA number and instructions. This email will contain an attachment, so please make sure the email system recognizes the sender rma@gskillusa.com (or rma@gskill.com for outside of Pan America) to prevent incorrect detection as SPAM. Or check your SPAM folder in case it is directed there. If you do not receive this email within 72 hours, please email the RMA dept. directly at rma@gskillusa.com (or rma@gskill.com for outside of Pan America) to check status or resend email.

    Once RMA is sent in, it will be processed as soon as possible; so while there will be no step by step updates, rest assured the case is being handled in the quickest fashion. As long as your tracking number shows delivered and the product inspection passes, you can expect a replacement shortly.
