    Hello.

    Please advise.

    I've purchased some time ago a second pair of the exact set F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM to add to my rig and make it 8GB. The first pair worked and works perfectly no problems whatsoever.

    The pc with the second pair (alone) loads normally but then errors occur, freeze-ups and sometimes crashes.

    Memtest shows numerous errors on the second chip (of the second pair).

    The problem is that the vendor/retailer "Panda Computers Inc" went bankrupt, I can't return the item nor exchange it.

    Is there a local retailer or distributor in Israel whom I could turn to for exchange with your approval?

    If not please provide me with an RMA number so I could ship it to your main office.

      How long does it usually take to check/exchange?

      Thank you for pointing towards the vendors, unfortunatly as expected none were willing to help because I didn't buy it from them.

      I received RMA number and shipped the item a while ago, Taiwan post confirms that it arrived to the right address.... how long does it usually take for the item to be returned back to sender after checkup/exchange?

        It should only spend a couple days at the Taiwan headquarters. It should be on its way back to you now. We process as fast as we can
