    To whom it may concern,

    I am, hereby, requesting an RMA # for my Falcon 128G. The problem is that it crashed during booting and could no longer be found in BIOS ever again.

    Product Model: FM-25S2S-128GBF1
    S/N: 10030000144280

    I've sent in a letter with General RMA form attached, haven't got a reply just yet.

    Can you please check the warranty status on it for me? And how do I go about sending the defective product back to factory? I'm in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
