  • Rma?

Hello, I just want to know if I should fill up a RMA form.

Here is the problem that occurred to me since 26 April 2015:

I don't remember what I've done to have possibly mess up my computer. And I don't know that much about computers.

So, I would get random BSOD everyday. I mostly browse the internet when it will BSOD.
The BSOD will display "SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORRUPTION" at the top.

I have tried re-installing my graphics driver because I thought that was the issue. I also did a memtest at a suggestion from a friend about a month ago: here is a picture

Edit: Just did the Driver Verifier. No BSOD at the moment.

    OS - Windows 7
    x64
Approximate age of system (hardware) 1 year
Approximate age of OS installation (if you know) 1 year
Have you re-installed the OS? No

    Desktop specs:
    - Intel Core I7-4790 3.6GHZ 8MB LGA1150
    - MSI Z97 PC MATE MOTHERBOARD
    - G.Skill RIPJAWSZ 16GB (8GB*2) 1866MHZ CL9
    - COOLER MASTER V 650SW 80+ GOLD PWR SUPPLY
    - MSI GTX770 4GB TF OC GAMING PEI-E 3.0

I posted 2 test results in this forum. They're under the Attached Files (SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip and perfmonresults.zip).

    Thanks!

Do you have the latest BIOS/EFI ? Test one module at a time to see if any errors are detected, or if a module performs differently. Also, make sure XMP Profile is enabled.

I have the latest BIOS. Enabled XMP Profile. Still BSOD at random times.

Does that happen for each stick?
