    Hello, i owe a 4GB Gskill DDR2 desktop RAM kit, model no F2-8500CL5D-4GBPI.
    One of the stick is giving problem. The serial no are 8350650090877 and 8350650090878. The stick( 8350650090878) is giving problem. when is tart my system with this RAM, then my system doesn't POST.

    I have bought it around March 2011. Am i eligible for RMA?

      Hello ,thank you for your reply. I have completed the RMA procedure, and have received the RMA number.

      Can you please tell me, what should i send with the RAM stick. I am asking of documents and papers

        We only need the RMA form you received back from the RMA dept. with all the completed info and RMA number on top. Nothing else is required for RAM.
