Firmware 2030 Question Falcon 128Gb

I recently updated the firmware from 1916 to 2030. Before the update CrystalDiskInfo reported the health status of the drive at 76%, after the update the same program reported a health status of only 46%. I have left reporting this for about a week in the hope that the TRIM function in W7 /64bit would fix this, however, this has not happened and now the health status is at 44%. My questions are:
1) Why did the health drop so much with the firmware update?
2) Is there a method of restoring the drive to near full health and if so, please explain?

I think bad block cause this issue.
could you downgrade 1916 and use clean tool then upgrade to 2030.
please let me know your result

This seemed to work ok, thanks. However i had to restore from backup which means it is pointless having a firmware upgrade method that does not erase all of the data.
Will there ever be a way of maintaining these drives without destroying all of the stored data?
