  • Disassemble my mouse

    Hi,
About 4 month ago my uncle came from USA and bought me the MX780. It was Al working perfectly, however now the right click button is not working correctly. I think it's because it's too loose. Because I live in a country with no gskill support I was wondering if there was a manual to disassemble my mouse and try to fix it myself.

    Hi Abyss Ekko,

Which country are you currently in? We might be able to help with the RMA through other methods.

The MX780 is a pretty complex mouse, with lots of parts. We really don't recommend disassembling it, as it's likely to break the parts inside, and not to mention it'll void the warranty.

The current software of mx780 has known bugs, it's been over a year and still no fix. Care to comment?
