  • Device Manager Question

Just installed my MX780 along with the software that I downloaded.

Was able to configure one profile just fine. My question in whether the G Skill Ripjaws mouse is supposed to be specifically named in Device Manager in either HID category or Mice or other pointing devices category.

I have HID compliant mouse in both places and the mouse works flawlessly. I just didn't know if Device Manager is supposed to be brand specific than the generic terms used by DM. My OS is Win10 Pro 64-bit in case that matters. Thanks.

Seems like the MX780 mouse is generically named under DM, so you have nothing to worry about.

Thank you so much. I just didn't know how it was to appear in DMgr.

It's working fine and am very pleased with the mouse and the configuration software.
