KM780 RGB Software Issue.

I've already contacted support to let them know this problem but. You have a problem with your software. Whenever I have the software running in the background, while adjusting the volume wheel. This makes the whole keyboard illumination glitch out and flicker for a split second. The volume wheel color and indicator is inaccurate and delayed. When turning off the software completely and ending the task in task manager, this doesn't happen anymore. So I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume this is a software issue.

I've had this before, it disappeared. Maybe reflash the firmware?

How does one reflash the firmware? Creating a new profile does nothing. As I said, once the software is completely ended through task manager, this doesn't happen. I could try reflashing the firmware, but at the same time I don't wanna cause anymore problems. It sucks because G.Skill made a nice keyboard but horrible software.
