  • KM780 problems

So I've recently bought the km780, but yesterday when I first plugged it in into my pc it worked for like 5 minutes, but then while I was installing the drivers my computer crashed and the keyboard just simply stopped working, I've uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled them again, plugged it in into various different usb ports but the problem only seems to get worse.

I've tried plugging it into another computer but that didn't work, but my old keyboard worked with both of the computers. Everytime I attempt to plug the km780 in I get blue screens. what I'm most confused about is whenever I try to launch the firmware software I get the message "Please plug in correct device model" despite it being plugged in correctly

I've tried to use USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and combination of both but in the end it just crashes my pc if I plug it in

Do any lights come on when you plug it in?

You said the computer crashed while flashing firmware?

You may need to try the firmware reset and see if that works better.

No lights come on, I don't think it even gets power.
The computer crashes when I plug it in.
And everytime i use firmware it always says "Please plug in correct device model"
And I also don't overclock my PC
