MX as working -- suddenly went haywire, auto typing

I've been using the MX (red led lights only) for the past couple of weeks and previously posted that the app was generating a Windows 10 exception (listed in my earlier post).

Now (after adjusting M3 lighting slightly) the keyboard is now "autofilling" and "repeat typing" ON ITS OWN.

What a mess. Very disappointed.

Reset the keyboard firmware FIVE TIMES and it's now functioning again --- seems to be really buggy MX software.

Can you email techsupport@gskill.com, saying that you're FranciscJ from the forums, and this might be a firmware issue, where we'd like to find out what's happening. Would you also let us know which country you are in?
