  • Unhandled Exception with RGB Keyboard

    I uploaded new RGB Keyboard software/firmware (0.102/55). When I try to import saved modes, I receive an Unhandled Exception and the modes will not import. The same exception occurs on Win Pro64 and Win7 Sp1 Pro64, with each OS on a different SSD. I reinstalled .Net Framework 3.51 and the RGB software with no change to issue. Same thing occurred with software 0.100 and I reported that to the G. Skill Tech.
    Below is the Exception.
    Thanks for helping, CH.

    Unhandled Exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
    See the end of this message for details on invoking
    just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
    application or computer (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
    rather than be handled by this dialog box.

    Depending on which version you exported the mode files from, it might have compatibility issues. Please send a copy of the mode files you have to techsupport@gskill.com, and we can test it for you, and see if there's anything we can do so that you can import the mode files successfully. Please also let us know which version software+firmware you exported the mode files from.

    Thank you.
