Trident Z RGB light controls

I have a quick question regarding software support for these ram sticks. I have a somewhat lower end MSI Z170A motherboard, that doesn't support any integrated RGB controls. I have Asus Aura sync installed on the PC for my Asus GPU and I have Razer Chroma installed for my mouse and keyboard. I know it says your software says it conflicts with other RGB software, but is that for motherboard level, or would even using it for things like a GPU and keyboard mouse interfere? Thanks in advance, I don't want to break anything :P

Aren't you able to Control the sticks via Asus Aura Sync? i would imagine that Razer Chroma does not interfere since it is only syncing with devices outside of the box (no fans,mb, strips and so forth)

No, the Asus software only changes the lighting on my Strix GPU, it doesn't seem to let me change the ram.

Thats interesting. I can use Asus Aura Sync on an MSI motherboard to sync the trident z rgb sticks.
