  • Problem with rgb

    Got problems with my G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3000MHZ 16GB

    I installed the latest software from Gskill and followed all the steps that where mentioned.
    But one rgb now only flashing in red. While before everything worked perfectly fine.
    also one of the two is showing in bios with no manufacture of gskill.
    So took the following actions to try solve it:
    Bios update
    Switched them from places since i got only 2 slots for ram
    Reinstall the program with all the steps you guys state on site in red -> no luck
    Even did clean install of windows and still the same.

    Mind contacting our tech support team at techsupport@gskill.com, with the serial numbers of your memory modules? (It should be located below the bar codes on the labels of each module) Also, it would help to include your motherboard mode, BIOS version, and CPU model.

    It might need an RMA replacement, or depending on your setup, our tech support team may have some troubleshooting steps that might help.
