Okay so, MSI has finally updated Mystic Light software. V2.0.0.59 I think is current.
So, with Lighting Service (gskill) running in background I am now able to detect RAM module.
Only I have one problem, only one stick is able to be modified. Any solution? I have tried restarting the lighting service, but that has not worked.

When will you be implementing compatibility with Gigabyte's "App Center"?

I have an Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming 7 and not only can I not control the RGB of the G.Skill Trident Z RGB but also the RGB of the memory frequently bugs out and I need to restart the computer.

I was under the impression that this product worked with all motherboards, not just Asus, and I feel like deceptive marketing has been employed to that end. If your product doesn't work with anything other than Asus motherboards, well YOU NEED TO STATE THAT CLEARLY FOR CONSUMERS TO UNDERSTAND.

      Not happy.

So is support dead on RGB modules? Haven't heard back regarding my last post.
