heres mine, two sticks just blinking dim. One stuck on whatever color it lands on during startup and one is just OFF. I want to rma but i need this pc running for work.

mb is aorus z270x gaming 8 and i dont have rgb fusion installed and turned off rgb from bios
no cam either


any suggestions on the next move to make?

If bios reset and changing banks etc doesn't help, go for RMA.
There are rumors that using the led control software at the same time with other software that somehow reads something from SPD causes corruption.

Do you have the latest BIOS? Are you using the latest Trident Z RGB software?
