    GPU: GALAX GeForce® GTX 1070 EXOC-SNPR WHITE 8GB
AiO Cooler: NZXT Kraken x52 & NZXT HUE+ lightning and fans.

I don't think there is any widespread issue with the RAM not working as RAM, but the RGB LEDs are still a work in progress.

Keep in mind, when someone has dark LEDs on their sticks it is not physically broken, it is a software problem and it is fixable.

But is it fixable without sending them back? as im not in USA, so it would be a lot of work for me to send it back over.

Yes, in most cases it is a software issue or compatibility issue with the motherboard / hardware

The RAM is good for that motherboard
