Both sticks won't turn on

It was working before this and after I entered the software to change the colours the LED's stopped working. I tried turning it off and on it wouldn't work either. Reboot the pc, stopped the service and it wouldn't work either.

Have you tried to load defaults using the software?

What motherboard do you have? Latest BIOS?

Which slots are the modules installed in?

This has happened to me also. One day it will be one stick that doesn't turn on, the next day or three it will be the other stick then today both didn't turn on. Rebooting didn't help, turning off the computer and cutting the power to it doesn't help either.

What I've had to do to get them back on is uninstall the G.Skill program ( using Revo uninstaller ) then re install it. So far that is the only thing that works for me but I got a little worried today because when they did come back on they were in rainbow mode but static.
