  • Gigabyte AORUS Pro and G.Skill Trident issue?

    Hi guys,

    Couple of weeks ago i built a PC pairing a Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Pro, RAM G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) F4-3200C14D-16GTZR and micro i9-9900K.

The thing is no matter how i configure the bio with timings and voltages i cannot go beyond 3866.

For what i read before this ram can reach 4200, but so far, when i setup anything higher than 3866 the mobo sets the max speed to 3600.

I posted this issue in other sites and i got answers that i want to validate or improve.

    Gigabyte site: http://forum.gigabyte.us/thread/7121...skill-tridentz
    Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/overclockin...skill_trident/

In the reddit site they linked to a overclock.net i sent several private emails to moparman to solve this but so far no luck,

Sorry for posting links to another sites but it will give you a good idea what i've done, those are not extensive.

Please need some help on this.

    Best regards...

    Carlos.
