    Hi,

    Setting the RAM up via XMP profile will not work. I also tried setting up manually. As per the manual the DIMMs are in slots 2 and 4. This is a new build and my full system specs are below.

    Thanks in advance. I'd be most grateful if anyone could please help.

    intel Core i7 9700K @ Stock
    Corsair H100i Pro Cooler
    G.SKILL TridentZ DDR4-4000 32GB (F4-4000C19D-32GTZR)
    Samsung Evo 970 PCIe NVMe 2TB SSD
    EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
    Seasonic Prime Ultra 750 Titanium PSU

    Do you have the latest BIOS?

    That motherboard is not certified capable of the memory kit:

    https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-4000c19d-32gtzr

    With XMP enabled, manually lower DRAM Frequency until the system can boot and that may be the BIOS limits at this time.

      I do have the latest BIOS which is v1.03.
