Problem with FlareX (?)

[Paracells]

I bought this memory, put in slots A2 and B2 (ASUS Prime X 470 pro, Ryzen 7 2700x) , but the BIOS shows only 8 of 16, it is clear that the installed 2. I tried the old memory (Kingston HyperX), it shows 16.
BIOS updated, reset, but still shows 8. Tried to put on one: one worked, the second isn't present. It turns out that one is broken? And as if the BIOS shows the presence of 2?
