Solved.
Putting an OC 3000+ Mhz ram on a non-OC motherboard to run at 2666 Mhz will not get you magical super low latency timing. At 2666 Mhz you get the same CL 15-15-15-35 from the OC 3600 MHz. Plus most non-Z motherboard do not let you tweak your RAM and timing, even though "advance manual" is selected (like my Gigabye B360N with i5-8400) you still can not change anything regardless of XMP and the few basic option available.
