hi , just got those from (www.newegg.ca) , wonder if anybody has some info on them like the die Samsung/Hynix etc.
BTW I can not find this model (F4-3200C16D-8GVRB) on the official G.SKILL web ...

If you already got them, just check the IC type used on them with Thaiphoon Burner (freeware) yourself.

In general i would guess the ICs used on them will probably vary between all of the 4GBit variants from big three.
