If you are on a very early UEFI release, updating that might help with memory compatibility.
Other things to test is trying it with both modules individually and swapping the memory slots.

Then you might wanna check if the MB does set the appropriate settings (timings and voltages) when you enable the XMP. You could also try to go full manual, but it shouldn't be required since in general DDR4-2800 is still a pretty tame memory clock for Skylake. However some boards do a better job with AUTO settings for higher memory frequencies than others. I don't own a Gigabyte Z170 mainboard personally, so i can't give you any more concrete hints on that.

      Tanks a lot.
So it's nothing do with my processor (i5 6600)?
My processor compatible with xmp profile?

How would i know about your processor, when you did not even mention it?

While the quality of the memory controller is probably highest in Intel's unlocked i7 models, your i5 should not be that far off. Just try the things mentioned and see how it goes.

With XMP enabled, set frequency to 2666 and see if that can work properly.

in the UEFI save a picture to USB storage via the "F12" key. Then upload the picture at a free image filehoster and put the link you get into [img] [/img] tags.

The options are there. You can also adjust in BIOS

With XMP enabled, manually input the DRAM frequency, timings, and voltage and see how that works. You can also try 2666 or lower to see what can work
