Need some help with install

I installed the memory and it is working fine in normal mode (2133mhz)

Problem: When i try to enable XMP it won't work and the mobo throws error 55 (memory not installed)

mobo= asus maximus ranger viii

I have provided screens from the bios with relevant info

Any tips?

Try lower frequency like DDR4-2800 first. The UEFI needs an update to support DDR4-3000+
