Id get myself a nice set of 2400 mhz tridents with that build personally. Seems to be a nice point of not overly expensive and still real fast. As for the cpu cooler http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?it...82E16835181029 always seems to do well in any compairison ive seen. And lastly unless you plan to buld a multi gpu setup with say 3 big gpus, get lkke a 750-850 psu and save a few bucks, no need for 1000 wats for any single gpu.. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?it...82E16817151121, if you order by 11/11 its $80 cheaper(have to enter a promo code listed on the page for $40 of it) and rated 80 platinum instead of gold (and still seasonic)

The HAF-X case is very spacious and a joy to work in. You'll have no problems fitting a 240MM closed loop system in there. There are a lot to choose from so pick the brand that you favor most. The difference between one brand from another is roughly 1C - 5C.

Regarding the memory, 16GB is a good amount and the sweet spot for RAM right now is at the 2133MHz mark. But considering the difference in price between 2133MHz and 2400MHz is so small, it'd be foolish not to opt for the faster kit.
