    This is what I have:

    F3-10666CL9Q-16GBRL (4x4)
    ASUS M4A79T DELUXE
AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Deneb

    Current BIOS settings are:
    DRAM Frequency: 1333 MHz
    tCL: 9
    tRCD: 9
    tRD: 9
    tRAS: 24
    CL: 2
    Memory voltage: 1.5v
    CPU NB voltage 1.2v

With those settings CPU Z reports the ram as running at about 660 MHz, and not at 1333 MHz as expected.

What are the correct BIOS settings that will get the RAM running at 1333 MHz?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. The guide seems to be directed toward DDR3 - 1600 but, since I'm using DDR3 - 1333 would the calculation be:

      CPU-NB Frequency set to 1999.5MHz (DDR3-1333 / 2 = 666.5MHz, then x 3) ?

HT Link Frequency also set to 1999.5MHz ?

        Yes, that is correct!
